Villa Menaka

An architecture between earth and modernity, at Ngaparou

In Ngaparou, Villa Menaka is a second home designed to offer a comfortable, sustainable living environment that's open to the outside world.

The project is composed of three distinct volumes, separated to promote natural ventilation, multiply views and create a fluid relationship with outdoor spaces. This organization makes it possible to live fully to the rhythm of the climate, between shade, draughts and natural light.

The villa combines a reinforced concrete structure, mud brick walls and Rufisque stone cladding, chosen for its robustness and local roots. The use of raw earth, a material with very low environmental impact, reflects an eco-responsible approach and highlights traditional know-how adapted to the Sahelian context.

Villa Menaka embodies contemporary bioclimatic architecture, combining comfort, sober materials, local identity and openness to nature, while respecting the climate and the spirit of the place.
